◆ 產(chǎn)品概述
OZO-DS系列水冷空氣源臭氧發(fā)生器，主要由空氣處理系統(tǒng)(空壓機(jī)、冷凍干燥器、精密過(guò)濾器、PSA富氧干燥機(jī))、臭氧發(fā)生系統(tǒng)、智能電源控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
OZO-DS series water-cooled air source ozone generator is mainly composed of air treatment system (air compressor, freeze dryer, precision filter, PSA oxygen-enriched dryer), ozone generation system, intelligent power control system, etc.
◆ 性能特點(diǎn)
OZO-DS系列水冷臭氧發(fā)生器采用德國(guó)先進(jìn)技術(shù)，汲取國(guó)際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)研制而成。能很大程度的發(fā)揮電源系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的匹配功能，解決了由于電源系統(tǒng)和放電系統(tǒng)的不匹配而出現(xiàn)的燒管現(xiàn)象。
OZO-DS series water-cooled ozone generators are developed with advanced German technology and international advanced experience. It can maximize the matching function of the power supply system and the cooling system, and completely solve the burning phenomenon caused by the mismatch between the power supply system and the discharge system.
◆德國(guó)技術(shù)，連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
◆精制加工的316L不銹鋼電極管。
◆采用石英介質(zhì)材料，耐電暈、擊穿性能遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于玻璃和陶瓷介質(zhì)。
◆采用IGBT功率開關(guān)電路與高性能變壓系統(tǒng)組合臭氧電源，比傳統(tǒng)工頻電源的效率提高十倍以上。
◆為保證臭氧系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，每個(gè)放電單元配有獨(dú)立的熔斷器，當(dāng)單個(gè)放電體出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，不影響整機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
◆PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)，對(duì)工作電流、冷卻水溫、進(jìn)氣壓力、空氣露點(diǎn)、出口濃度等多種參數(shù)實(shí)施在線連續(xù)檢測(cè)、報(bào)警、保護(hù)，保證系統(tǒng)安全可靠運(yùn)行。
◆放電管壽命長(zhǎng)，連續(xù)工作50000小時(shí)以上。
◆采用PSA氣源處理技術(shù)，提高了臭氧濃度。
◆整機(jī)采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，占地空間小，操作簡(jiǎn)便。

◆Using quartz dielectric material, the corona resistance and breakdown performance are far superior to glass and ceramic dielectrics.
◆Using IGBT power switch circuit and high-performance transformer system to combine ozone power supply, the efficiency is more than ten times higher than that of traditional power frequency power supply.
◆In order to ensure the normal operation of the ozone system, each discharge unit is equipped with an independent fuse. When a single discharge body fails, it will not affect the normal operation of the whole machine.
◆PLC programmable control system implements online continuous detection, alarm and protection for various parameters such as working current, cooling water temperature, intake pressure, air dew point, outlet concentration, etc., to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
◆The discharge tube has a long service life and can work continuously for more than 50,000 hours.
◆Adopt PSA gas source treatment technology to increase the ozone concentration.
